POPSTurn off the Lights Let's just pull the plug on the UN building. So the Occupiers have the right to shit in the park, use drugs, rape women, and the list goes on.

POPSMichael Bloomberg; a Free Speech Hero? Somehow, by suppressing the Free Speech of the #OWS protesters by evicting them, Michael Bloomberg has been declared a Champion of the First Amendment . What kind of crazy world are Americans living in, where black is white, up is down and wrong is right? The #Occupy Toronto movement recently got a stay of eviction due to the fact that doing so would violate their rights to Free Expression (the eviction effectively bans the protest, and as such, is Unconstitutional). The #Occupy movements in America need to seize this example and prove that being evicted from public places violates their right to Free Speech because it functionally bans their protest.

POPSA Test Case: #Occupy Toronto Fights Eviction In a challenge backed by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, #Occupy Toronto protesters have gotten a stay of eviction, unlike the city can prove there is a justifiable reason that can be proven for eviction. In this case, the city bylaws effectively ban the protest, which is Free Expression, and thus, are Unconstitutional. Perhaps with this case in their portfolios, the #Occupy protests in America can fight against the 1%'s attempt to evict them because doing so violates their First Amendment Rights.
