POPSGeorge Takei In October 2005, Takei revealed in an issue of Frontiers magazine that he is gay and has been in a committed relationship with his partner, Brad Altman, for the last eighteen years. He said, "It's not really coming out, which suggests opening a door and stepping through. It's more like a long, long walk through what began as a narrow corridor that starts to widen." On May 16, 2008, Takei announced that he and Brad Altman would be getting married. Takei's marriage is one of thousands of same-sex marriages that took place at a time when same-sex marriage was legal in California. The California Supreme Court ruled that Proposition 8, which banned same-sex marriage in California, did not affect Takei's marriage and all other same-sex marriages that were entered into before its passing. He is best known for his role in the television series Star Trek, in which he played Hikaru Sulu, helmsman of the USS Enterprise.

POPSGroup renames Asteriod for George Takei Ensign Sulu, from Star Trek.( I'm sure he was an admiral in the movies.) Asteroids are generally cataloged, and given a catalog number. Some Asteroids are then renamed after famous, or notable people. They mention websites that offer naming rights to stars. These names are not generally used by astronomers, while the Asteroid names given by the International, Astronomical Union are.

POPSMasking Tape Letters I've always wanted to do stuff with masking tape but don't relaly have the skills to do so. These guys take masking tape and create Japanese letters out of them by cutting them out carefully. Looks very cool and neat

POPSGohan and Videl - Please Forgive Me Basically, I wanted to make a Gohan and Videl video, considering they're my favorite couple in all of my favorite things, but I couldn't think of a decent song. Thats when I pulled this one up randomly one night. I figured it would fit, because Gohan really had no experience with relationships or girls until Videl came along, so, if you want a storyline for this, there you go. Its in Gohan's point of view, and he's telling her to forgive him for his strange behavior around her. Anyways, I don't really think this song ever gets used in AMVs, and thats kind of a good thing, although David deserves more recognition for his immense talent. Enjoy!
