POPSParolee straight back to prison Paul had been released from prison only five days earlier, after serving a sentence of two years and five months for another aggravated robbery. Judge Glen Marshall said Paul had never had a job, admitted to having a drug and alcohol problem, and was assessed as a high risk of re-offending. Paul was given his first warning under the Three-strikes legislation.
