Not new really, except it is surprising to learn that bees use the Delphi Method (a/k/a "Hegelian" Dialectic), but then again the bee hive IS the goal of the world planners for the mass of the human species.
Maybe our metaphors for "human resource" management have been wrong until now---as this article demonstrates, instead of "sheeple" flocks we can better apply a "beeple" hive mentality.
