POPSBolivian President appears on Daily Show I watched this and it was absolutely great. This president has proven himself successful in the face of ridiculous adversity. He didn't get some of the jokes, but the language barrier is particularly hard when it comes to idioms in Spanish and English. But he did get the last laugh in, with his asking that we don't consider him part of the axis of evil.
