Belgium makes great beer but InBev is just a conglomerate ad Heineken has become as well. Corona did great marketing in US but never was Mexico's best beer - Dos Equis was always the best with Tecate being the best it's hotter than H beer in summer. Now, I expect both will be further diluted to meet the diluted American taste. In ancient times, Corona and Dos Equis were 8% beers in Baja but not as sold in US. It will be sad if all the beers become the property of two companies world-wide. Then it will be any beer will get you there world with no real taste or pleasure in carefully crafted good beer.

Belgian and British importers of maize from Bulgaria have already warned that they would stop purchases unless strict measures are taken to avoid contamination between GM maize and the crops they import. Bulgarian environmentalists, however, are calling for a complete ban on MON810, the type of hybrid maize proposed by the United States giant Monsanto to Bulgarian farmers. They say the risk of contamination of organic crops is too great.
