Colonel Qaddafi Meets 'Baghdad Bob'
(The Nation)

The Nation — Clearly, as his latest radio address shows, Col. Qaddafi needs a Tripoli Ted, his version of the legendary Baghdad Bob. The supreme leader is not mocking his opponents or selling his claims of remaining in firm control of his country very convincingly.

Baghdad Bob, of course, was Saddam Hussein?s wacky minister of information, now immortalized on T-shirts, websites and even a DVD for his optimistic, if fanciful, statements about Iraq?s triumph over the American infidels, right up to the point we toppled his boss?s statue. Baghdad Bob, real name Muhammed Saeed al-Sahaf, somehow survived and later worked as an Arab TV commentator, sans trademark beret.

Here are a few Baghdad Bob classics from the spring of 2003, verbatim (courtesy of one of his many web shrines), uttered during the US invasion. POPSIt Is In Your Schools Taqiyya , the Perversion of islam The sale never being disclosed to the public until the sale was almost completed? That happened as well as the above. It is becoming a reoccurring nightmare all across America and it is called Islamic JIHAD. Make no mistake about these events. Jihad is jihad and islam is a lie. A lie built upon years and years of deceit, lies, peddled by islam and the imams who troll in their mosques. One sermon for the kafirs and infidels. Another sermon for the long time brainwashed slaves of allah who bow down to the pervert and pedophile mohammad. Read what follows next and then be sure it does not happen near you or to your loved ones.! This is islam, sneaky, lying, and full of deceit, persecution and violence. It is coming and it is here. What will you do? It is all jihad....It is in your schools Taqiyya , the perversion of islam Posted by PatriotUSA http://bit.ly/jOHRWI http://callofthepatriot.blogspot.com

POPSThe Progressive Reactionarism of the Postmodern Left
. . . and yet every campus wallows in the fetishization of non-Western cultures. Gandhi, the former soldier turned independence activist, has become the plaster saint on the wall of Western pacifism, and the Koran has become the book of tolerance and feminism. Those so intolerant of the hypocrisies of their own culture, eagerly wallow in the hypocrisies of other cultures. The progressives thought they were moving up, but the reactionaries think that down is up. That the way to a better future lies in making do with less and living a simpler life. These ideas are not rational, they are cultic. Their embrace of Islam, the most reactionary creed since the witch doctor and his bone knife, does not derive from a comparison of its relative merits, but from their political escapism. They are too lazy to be bothered to analyze ideas on their merits. Instead they choose the one furthest away from the rational and congratulate themselves on how well they refuse to be fooled . . .

POPSFacebook May Hire Robert Gibbs Millions of dollars a year just to say “I’ll have to check on that and get back to you” or “all the information you need is in that story in USA Today”? It’s good work if you can get it — that is, provided Robert Gibbs gets it. Apparently Seeking More Effective Ways to Lie to Users, Facebook May Hire 0bama's Former Press Secretary http://bit.ly/fDON1s http://dougpowers.com

POPSDIFFERENCES BETWEEN MUSLIMS AND JEWS Physics:1905 - Adolph Von Baeyer1906 - Henri Moissan1907 - Albert Abraham Michelson1908 - Gabriel Lippmann1910 - Otto Wallach1915 - Richard Willstaetter1918 - Fritz Haber1921 - Albert Einstein1922 - Niels Bohr1925 - James Franck1925 - Gustav Hertz1943 - (full list AT SOURCE) TOTAL: 129 ONE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE! The Jews are NOT promoting brain washing children in military training camps, teaching them how to blow themselves up and cause maximum deaths of Jews and other non Muslims! The Jews don't hijack planes, nor kill athletes at the Olympics, or blow themselves up in German restaurants. There is NOT one single Jew who has destroyed a church. There is NOT a single Jew who protests by killing people. The Jews don't traffic slaves, nor have leaders calling for Jihad and death to all the Infidels. Perhaps the world's Muslims should consider investing more in standard education and less in blaming the Jews for all their problems.
