Back up your claim in writing wherever possible. Keep records: this includes copies of all receipts, letters, emails and notes from phone conversations. Never send original documents - send photocopies.

POPSiPhone customers' complaints It's hard to believe that iPhones can't download content directly from iTunes... But that's what Jobs wants users to accept as newly proposed content consumption style: Download content on PC and use it on iPhone... and strictly separate these two funcitons. What a non-sense.
