POPSMessiah Lies About His Senate Committee Assignment John explains the rest: But Obama is not a member of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee. Obama just made that up so he could count the committee's action as one of "my deeds." If committed by a Republican, this would be a gaffe of historic proportions. Even a Senator as inattentive to his duties as Obama certainly knows what committees he serves on. For him to fabricate the claim, out of whole cloth, that the Senate Banking Committee is " committee," strikes me as another sign of Obama's megalomania. POPSWho's the Grave Threat, Obama? Although the IAEA and the CIA have declared that Iran has no nuclear weapons program, Obama called Iran a "grave threat" for firing 9 missiles during military exercises. One of the missiles has the capacity to reach Israel. Israel recently practiced a simulated bombing run on Iran's non-existent nuclear weapons facility, but no one in the USA government or running for president called Israel a "grave threat." Israeli officials have also been clear they intend to strike Iran if it doesn't give up its nuclear facilities. Yet Israel has nuclear weapons, ones obtained through illegal means according to international law. Undoubtedly, Iran was sending a message with its missile test. The message is "we will defend ourselves." How is that wrong when they have been threatened by Israel?

Admits he's not aware of Obama's bill in the Senate, co-sponsored by Lieberman (who rips Obama for not having experience to deal with Iran), that calls for disinvestment in Iran.

POPSYour Retirement Dollars And Terrorism Former Senator Rick Santorum is pushing states to limit how their pension funds are invested. Will that push Iran to stob subsidizing terror? Wiill it help public fund managers feel better about their role in the world? He argues that it can even help the funds grow faster. What do you think?
