POPSJersey Devil-The legend fact or fantasy? As the story spread, even grown men declined to venture out at night. It was said that the beast carried off large dogs, geese, cats, small livestock and even occasional children. The children were never seen again, but the animal remains were often found. The Devil was also said to dry up the milk of cows by breathing on them and to kill off the fish in the streams, threatening the livelihood of the entire region.

POPSNew Jersey Sues Snapple If the issue here is the line "The Best Stuff on Earth," isn't that really subjective. Some people may enjoy high fructose corn syrup (I know, but I'm just playing devil's advocate here). Who decides what's best? All natural juices may contain corn syrup as well. I wonder what exactly they are suing for. Snapple doesn't hide the fact that it contains the corn syrup. All a person would have to do is read the ingredient list on the bottle. It's right there.

POPSESPN - MLB Draft becoming a spectator event Thanks in large part to fantasy sports, the major league baseball draft is finally becoming an event of great interest. Our own keeper league has been drafting college prospects for several years, hoping for a big June draft payoff. (Rest assured, Maine Squeeze fans ... David Price, Matt Wieters and Joe Savery will be protected on our roster next year.)
