<p>The Birmingham Cruise kicks off at 9 a.m. Saturday, and if you?re a fan of classic cars or Detroit?s automotive history, you?ll be hanging out downtown and all along Woodward during the Woodward Dream Cruise.</p> <p>Hosted by the city of Birmingham and its Principal Shopping District (PSD), the Birmingham Cruise is now in its third year and is expected to attract hundreds of cars and thousands of gawkers to Old Woodward.</p> <p>If you plan to check out the Birmingham Cruise, here?s what you need to know:</p> <p><strong>Where: South Old Woodward Avenue</strong></p> <ul> <li>The event will stretch from Merrill Street to Lincoln Avenue</li> <li>Birmingham Police Cmdr. Terry Kiernan said the event has grown by two blocks this year.
