Habitat for Hamas will help with Hamas families housing problem, despite the group’s stated commitment to the violent destruction of the state of Israel, because you can’t always get prerequisites adopted by other people before you even grovel and beg.

I am somewhat skeptical that Hamas would try to kill Abbas; I am not sure what it would achieve other than Hamas looking even worse than it does now. It is plausible that Israel and Abbas are using thin (or no) evidence of a Hamas assassination attempt to discredit them. I am NOT saying that Hamas is too good to kill Abbas; I am saying Hamas is *perhaps* too *smart* to kill Abbas.
