POPSHow to Cure Wrinkles with Natural Treatments Skin wrinkles come with age; they are ridge or crease of the upper skin surface. As a result of aging processes the skin epidormal cells become thinner and less sticky. As a result the skin looks not only thinner but also not moist. Because of the skin's dryness, it looses epidermal cells and is unable to repair it self.

POPSKosovo recognition by more nations Support may be slowly building, but building it is, for Kosovo to retain its announced independence. Sure, Serbia will continue to complain and allies China and Russia will try to use the situation to gain an upper hand in their problematic regions. But for today, Kosovo looks like a nation, sounds like a nation ... Must be

POPS Keep Your Sunny Side Up by Mark Steyn
The Iraq surge (McCain's unique selling point) is a victim of its own success and has dwindled away to an irrelevant footnote, and the front pages are full of a supposed economic catastrophe which the crude rules of politics suggest any fool should be able to hang on the incumbent. Yet Obama still can't open up a solid lead. After all, why would record numbers of viewers watch the vice-presidential debate if the election's already over? Meanwhile, the supposedly damaged Republican brand is proving suprisingly resilient. I see one of the two New Hampshire seats that flipped blue in '06 may return to the red fold next month. Where's the blowout? A lot of the dynamite is well past its sell-by date: Two references last night to Ronald Reagan negotiating with Tip O'Neill. No one remembers who Tip O'Neill is. McCain might as well have been evoking misty watercolor mem'ries of Talleyrand . . . Obama, by contrast, is all future - which is understandable, given his past.

POPSThe bottom in housing - Fueling demand Looks like July was indeed the bottom, and demand is increasing in all regions for homes. POPS"Wolf" Named to head $700 billion oversite buy out! With apologies to four-legged wolves - why Wolf? If it looks like a wolf, walks like a wolf, then the sheep - us - better look out. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Mr. Kashkari was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in San Francisco, where he led Goldman's IT Security Investment Banking practice, advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions. If being in charge of advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions is a qualification, then maybe he needs someone who specialized in selling bad mortgages as his aide!!

POPSHistorian on Panic of 1873 vs. now the current economic woes look a lot like what my 96-year-old grandmother still calls "the real Great Depression." She pinched pennies in the 1930s, but she says that times were not nearly so bad as the depression her grandparents went through. That crash came in 1873 and lasted more than four years. It looks much more like our current crisis.
