<p>MIAMI ? Tropical Storm Harvey has made landfall over Belize and is weakening as it heads to northern Guatemala.</p> <p>The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Saturday that Harvey was centered about 45 miles (72 kilometers) south of Belize City, moving west-northwest at about 13 mph (21 kph). Maximum sustained winds were 50 mph (80 kph), down from 60 mph (97 kph) when it made landfall.</p> <p>The storm is expected to bring as much as 6 inches of rain to parts of Honduras, Guatemala, Belize and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula.
