POPSKremlin Unleashes "Mafia-on-Steroids" Style Chechen Thugs ........continued........ to disband the unit. The generals refused. At the time, their stubborn support for the outlaw Yamadaev Brothers seemed baffling - a quiet Chechnya was a longstanding Russian goal. But last week, it all made sense: Putin's military, which had been planning the invasion of Georgia for many months, intended to unleash the worst criminals in uniform it had on the Georgian people. Why? Two reasons: First, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin wants the Georgians to suffer - to really suffer. And Chechens are the world's subject-matter experts in atrocities. Second, this gives the Russian army itself a veil of deniability: When Putin's spokesmen insist that the Russian military isn't involved in the worst savagery in Georgia, they're technically telling the truth (if we don't count air attacks and artillery bombardments), since the Chechen thugs on their payroll are on the job.

POPSFifth, Sixth, or Seventh Tour of Duty If MCCain becomes president those currently in the military can look forward to a fifth, sixth or seventh tour of duty in Iraq. Or maybe, he intends to start paying volunteers like we pay our mercenaries.

POPSRight is Wrong "We have a mainstream that supports -- even applauds -- the behavior of thuggish Blackwater mercenaries, that supports the gutting of our civil liberties, that opposes universal health care, and that has views on immigration that wouldn't have been heard outside a John Birch Society meeting ten years ago."

POPSThe Crystal Skulls of Mexico, Central and South America "The most obvious answer to the mystery is that native artisans in Latin America or elsewhere crafted the skulls themselves. The Mayans are most often associated with them, although some doubt that they could have made the skulls, and not simply because of the technical conundrum the job poses. One theory holds the Aztecs as a more likely candidate to have created them. Skull imagery figures prominently in Aztec art and religious symbols, and not in that of the Mayans. The Aztecs were also more highly skilled in sculpting with crystal. It could be that the skulls found in Mayan ruins are actually displaced Aztec relics... or, as some suspect, the skulls' origins could be phony. Many skeptics feel that the crystal skulls are probably of a much more recent vintage than their accompanying stories suggest. Since carbon-dating only works on organic substances, it is impossible to determine just how old a crystal skull is."

POPSNon-REAL ID Citizens to be Treated Like Suspects This "homegrown fascism" begins May 11th at an airport near you. After all, "membership has its privileges" and you must be a federally-approved citizen and accept the Federal "mark" to be treated like you are "free". The new extra-constitutional Dept. of Homeland Tyranny plans to "make an example" of the citizens of Maine and New Hampshire for their states' (absolutely justifiable) rejection of REAL ID. TSA will be their deployed mercenaries to harass law-abiding free citizens for their nullification of this federal legislation. There should be open and public protests and lawsuits filed to stop this second class citizen "handling". Both REAL ID and the Dept of Homeland Security should be rescinded and abolished, being contrary to the Constitution, if Americans expect to be free indeed.

POPSPaid Thugs Put on Lipstick - Remain Thugs Terrorists hiding in your shrubs? Jihadists in your crawl spaces? Has Ahmed at the 7/11 been looking more and more suspicious? Never fear, Blackwater is here. For a mere few million you too can enjoy the comfort and safety of knowing that steroid buffed "professionals" are keeping you safe. Unless, of course, the "other side" decides to offer a bit more to the kitty. Well, that's just the wild and wacky world of mercenaries.

POPSLatest Jazz by the DuD and Presidunce's Press Secretary
A letter i wrote to my local paper: (see the site to join action) After listening last week to the whining of the spokesman for the Pentagon and the Presidunce's newest propangandist press secretary, I began to wonder if they really thought the awakening USA public is as stupid as they think. Their false message that they don't have the money to "support our troops" is so bogus it crosses the line to ridiculous. If they can pay the hundreds of thousands of mercenaries like Blackwater's exorbitant salaries and bonuses, then perhaps it's truly time to end this fiasco in Iraq and bring the troops home now, end the killing of innocents, and find new priorities for the billions of wasted taxpayer dollars. And to the deep-voiced idiot, who claimed to work for the DoD, who called me at home and harassed and threatened me after my last letter--You don't scare me, buddy, you disgust me. We STILL have freedom of speech in this country, DON'T WE? Keep your jazzbo threats to yourself. Since

POPS Iraqi Sheikh "Evicting Iranian Regime" The groups demand the United Nations "dispatch a delegation to investigate. The People's Mujahedeen Organization of Iran The organization has been labeled a terrorist group by the United States, Iraq and Iran -- all for different reasons -- but it continues to operate in Iraq under the U.S. military's protection. The United States considers the group a source of valuable intelligence on Iran. Some signs suggest tensions are easing: Iraqi and U.S. officials have indicated recently that Iran is using its influence to improve security in Iraq by restraining cross-border weapons flow and militia activity, and U.S. commanders released nine Iranian prisoners in Iraq this month. Iran has blamed the group for supporting Shiite insurgents, but the organization has said "these allegations are only to cover up the crimes of the Iranian regime and its mercenaries in Iraq," according to the Shiite group's statement.

POPSMore Trouble for Black Water Clip from Reuters and the Guardian with this interesting note coming from the Reuters page. When asked about his brother membership in the board of directors of Blackwater, the man in charge of investigating Blackwater activities said the following: "I'm not my brother's keeper, and we do not discuss our business with each other," he said." Yep....
