Since last May (2007) when they started downloading at IGN, VIZ expanded their online distribution on Amazon which will include broader audiences. Very interesting move by the Anime/Manga giant!
This was on Digg.com some time ago, but it's a good clip. You can watch a variety of shows on here, from Family Guy, To CSI, to Inspector Gadget or the Smurfs. There is also music videos and the such.
