Leaked Saudi View. 'Border dispute' Existing UN Resolutions Solution
righthand
by righthand  5-11-2008    1
Prince Saud al-Faisal has been the discreet voice of Saudi Arabian diplomacy for more than 30 years, and he spoke with unchallenged authority at the recent meeting of the Quartet of Middle East peacemakers, giving what turned out to be a bleak assessment of the current negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians. The situation was "dire", he told the assembled dignitaries, including Condoleezza Rice, Tony Blair and Ban Ki-moon. "Many dangers loom. It seems we have reached a stage that I can only describe as a morass." Such pessimism is not big news, though Saud's gloomy remarks were made, characteristically, behind closed doors at London's Lancaster House. It is certainly hard to find anyone who harbours much hope that there is a way out of the current impasse. ... Guardian

Senior Saudi Prince Offers Israel "Peace Vision"
merrie
by merrie  1-21-2008
He said Israel could expect some benefits on the way to signing a treaty and making a full withdrawal, noting that after the 1993 Oslo interim accords with the Palestine Liberation Organisation, regional cooperation had begun and the Jewish state had achieved representation in several Arab states. Israel was wary of the Arab League plan partly because it would entail handing back the Syrian Golan Heights captured in the 1967 Middle East war, as well as re-dividing Jerusalem, of which Israel annexed the captured Arab eastern part in 1967.

Unraveling the Myth of Al Qaida (Al CIA-duh)
blueridge
by blueridge  1-13-2008    3
Truth (and fiction) of Al Qaeda fully disclosed! Note the CIA, the Saudis and Paki ISI enabled this militant group from start, and bin Laden's involvement was as a CIA asset to coordinate the Islamist resistance freedom fighters of Afghanistan against the Soviets. Al Qaeda is in essence fiction, translated meaning "base" for a database of volunteers. Note how Pakistan, thus Musharraf, is highly involved in this work of fiction. This is also why bin Laden's published denial of involvement or knowledge of 9/11, prior to his death, was published in a Karachi Pakistan newspaper (picked up by BBC Monitoring service) but censored by U.S. media, except CNN (note the duplicity of U.S. media, serving Zionist interests in self-censorship of this denial on Sept. 28, 2001).

Iran v Saudis in battle of Beirut

by npbeachfun  12-4-2006
I guess we have choosen.... The enemy's of Israel(Shia/Iran) is worse than the Saudi (sunni/wahabbi) that attacked us on 9/11. When are we going to wake up and realize the shia did not attack us, it was the Sunni. I know sunni muslims are a vast majority of muslims, but the Shia had nothing to do with 9/11 they are ISRAEL's enemy. Extreamists Sunni groups like Al Quada are the real danger to america, but the Bush Admin will never turn on their backers, the house of Saud. What do you think?
