POPS45 Students Suspended For 'Class Of .08' Shirt The principal sent a letter home to parents and students in April to warn them that there would be consequences to their actions, especially with prom and commencement around the corner. According to school officials, the principal heard about the content of the T-shirts two weeks ago and sent out a similar note in e-mail form to the students and their parents. Some juniors also got into trouble for the shirt they designed and wore to school.

POPSCelebrity Helps Girl Injured in Prom Night Accident Here's a 'ying and yang' of life story. Jessica Biel and unidentified donors raised a terrific sum of money for an injured teen. The teen had been injured on prom night. We all know the dangers of prom night partying and the number of accidents that happen each year. The saddest thing to me is that this young lady was doing the right thing -- she and her friends had rented a limo so that no one would drive drunk. Sometimes doing the right thing doesn't ensure the right result. I'm grateful to people like Jessica Biel and her donors who use their resources to help people with genuine need.

POPSThis High School Prom Has Two Prince's At last! The High School royal couple is not necessarily of opposite gender. I have nothing against the King and Queen of the prom concept, but I always felt that what if a same-sex couple entered? Why couldn't they be in the running as well, and be elected as the couple that exemplifies their school? Well, once again progressive California has come through for us. Or should I say, the progressive area of California. Is anyone surprised it didn't happen in Massachusetts first?

POPSHalloween Costumes Once again from somethingawful, some I clipped because they looked cool, but some were because of what they said. And my response to what they said- 1.Yes baby fetuses are always in style. 2. For some reason, Halloween seems to be dying in spirit. Not as many houses give candy or dress the house up. It seems like everyone just goes to stores to get candy. I think a lot more people should make the effort for Halloween. 3. Hand-made costumes are always sweet. The terminator looks real, the twin towers was original and that man pig thing was the best. It's not from a movie even though the pictures look like it.
