Now that its done the parachute guys can sigh a relief, the crooks and thieves can buy their new boats while we figure out a way to plan for 3-4 thousand less in our 401k's and continue to struggle with the taxes and price of living expenses.. this is sweet isn't it?? POPSThe Cold Reality of a Wide Open Financial System By not encouraging our elected representatives to protect us (those Americans who do not directly benefit from surges on wall street) we have placed our selves in a situation where we have little choice but to encourage our elected representatives to support this "rescue plan" otherwise the reverse swing of the pendulum will crush small business. Small businesses employ the majority of Americans but general operate with less collateral and leverage than large businesses they would be severely endangered by a prolonged credit constriction. I too recommend the fetal position and a email to your elected official in support of this unfortunate and unfair plan.

Daley and Garcia have pleaded not guilty. Daley's attorney Javier Ramirez said she never knew any of the teens she was driving were carrying a weapon and suggested she may have been caught up by circumstance. Of the six youths — ages 13 to 17 — charged in the case, five pleaded guilty to manslaughter and were sentenced to time in the California Department of Corrections' Division of Juvenile Justice, Lonergan said.
