POPSWhat's Up With Black Names, Anyway? The name Kizzy, which belonged to a "Roots" character, skyrocketed from oblivion to become the 17th most popular name for black girls in Illinois in 1977. Islam began in these years to have a clear influence, too, most visibly with Cassius Clay adopting the name Muhammad Ali in 1964. Others followed suit, including two fellows named Lew Alcindor and LeRoi Jones, whom you know as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Amiri Baraka. Around this time, an American boy named Barack Hussein Obama would be born. His given names, of Semitic origin, mean "blessed" and "good." Soon, out of these more political traditions grew a new one of creating names whose sounds the parents merely found pleasing. So the next time you are tempted to ridicule a name of any color -- black, white, red, celebrity, whatever -- it would be generous, and prudent, to do a bit of research.

POPSWill America Be The Next Nazi Germany? Everyone likes to say, "Hitler did this", and, "Hitler did that". But the truth is Hitler did very little. He was a world class tyrant, but the evil actually done by the Third Reich, from the slave-labor camps to WW2 was all done by German citizens who were afraid to question if what they were told by their government was the truth or not, and who because they did not want to admit to themselves that they were afraid to question the government, refused to see the truth behind the Reichstag Fire, refused to see the invasion by Poland was a staged fake, and followed Hitler into national disaster.

POPSDemanding Gratitude from the Oppressed Perhaps we can turn all this around, however, and argue in the opposite direction. Should Pat Buchanan be grateful to blacks and others who have been oppressed in America that they never rose up in revolution against their oppressors? Social change in America hasn't always been very easy and without conflict, but it also hasn't proceeded as a result of violent rebellion — except, of course, for that one time when the oppressors themselves initiated a violent rebellion in the South in order to preserve their ability to continue oppressing with impunity. Curious, isn't it?

POPS$20m for schools 'pitiful' Parents have been conned into believing that school is of secondary concern to the more immediate needs of food, shelter and clothing. Govts take the attitude that as long as they do enough to prevent the outbreak of hepatitis, or similar, they won't be sued. Keep the slave class down at all costs

POPSWhite House, lawmakers near economy plan If they can come up with a plan, they are worth more than any multi-million dollar corporare person. Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan have to be funded, war vets need attention, children's dental and medical, tax relief for the slave class, the homeless, the homeless vets, New Orleans, migrant slave labour, to name a few areas. Add the fact that there has been massive borrowing for the invasions, not to mention the.....

POPSGillard's war on poverty A move in the right direction. Even corporate bodies are concerned about the way they have destroyed motivation in the slave class.

POPSWhat Aunt Jemima Would Never Tell Them... I imagine there were quite a few other things Aunt Jemima would never tell them! Like make your own damn breakfast! "She landed her present incarnation as benevolent pancake maker through the attempts of ad men James Webb Young and N. C. Wyeth in the 1920s to capitalize on white nostalgia for the "leisure" of the plantation system. Geared for middle-class homemakers, Aunt Jemima's "ready-mixed" breakfast thus served as a "slave in a box," according to Manring." POPSReal wages fall under Howard Howard's government has proven once again that they are determined that Australia will have a slave class. The pre-election tiny handouts from both parties (rather than the development of infrastructure) only add to this inflation. They do this knowing that lower income workers will lose their homes due to housing loan interest rates rising in response to the inflation. ie They couldn't run a bloody chook raffle!

POPSOur forgotten poor All is going to the plan of the business world as the slave class grows rapidly in Australia.

POPSDemocracy 'sold out' by enrolment law All the slave class will find hurdles when they go to vote. There has been no education program with it, and it will be too late when the election date is set. Doesn't appear to be any noise from the opposition on this one either.

POPSSlave child labor and capitalism in China http://clipmarks.com/clipmark/4C7DB37F-D758-49E1-9B76-9596DAD046FA/ Capitalism with regard to permanent self-oriented goal of any “reasonable” capitalist (maximal income with minimal outcome) has inherent tendency towards enslaving people. This permanent self-orientation is reason why pure capitalism is anti-ecological by definition, too.

POPSIMPORTING A SLAVE CLASS "We fought a civil war to force Democrats to give up on slavery 150 years ago. They've become so desperate for servants that now they're importing an underclass to wash their clothes and pick their vegetables. This vast class of unskilled immigrants is the left's new form of slavery."

POPSIf You've Never Seen Roots, Watch it this May! I haven't seen this since HS history class (our teacher showed it so that he could avoid lecturing) and it was probably one of my best learning experiences in the class. If you haven't seen Roots, watch it. Have your family and/or friends join you. If I remember correctly, you might cry a few times and you'll definitely learn a thing or two about African and American history. Whether your black, white, purple, or green, Roots is must-see!

POPSMiddle Class Poverty Soon, we will all be added to the list of poverty as what we know as the "Middle Class" disappears altogether. If you think the 21st century Robber Barons plan to stop this massive wage degradation, you better hang on to your britches. Like the wealthy Robber Barons of Mexico, our corporations won't stop the next added 20 million ILLegal migrants -- nor will they stop the insourcing, offshoring and outsourcing of jobs.
