Any lawyer worth a damn would tell you that it would be difficult to prove that Osama bin Laden was involved in "terrorist activities." Gerald Posner, in his book "Why America Slept: The Failure to prevent 9/11," wrote that Frank had "led a successful effort to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act so that membership in a terrorist group was no longer sufficient to deny a visa. Under Frank's amendment, which seems unthinkable post-9/11, a visa could only be denied if the government could prove that the applicant had committed an act of terrorism." Former CIA directors James Woolsey and George Tenet have both testified that Congress had opened the floodgates to terrorists. Maybe The Holy Land Foundation paid for the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit who still remains in captivity or for the murder of countless Israel civilians; maybe their monies paid for the Qasam rockets that Hamas has rained down upon civilians in Sderot and Ashkelon. POPSIsrael Hiring U.S. Campus Propagandists Palestinian cause against Israeli oppression and occupation has won hearts and minds without money. Doing something for money requires no belief or conviction, and the selling of propaganda for truth is filthy lucre. Israel is losing its favorable light because of its oppression.
