POPSBanana Chocolate Chip Cake 1 cup white sugar, 2 large bananas, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips, used baking SODA instead of baking powder, and sprinkled powdered sugar on top after it cooled. Baked at 350 for 40 minutes in an 8x8 pan. Everything else was the same as the original recipe. The cake came out super moist, thick (not thin), and tasted delicious. Changes I made: I used two large bananas, which equaled about 1 1/2 -2 cups mashed bananas. I used one full cup of sugar because usually banana bread isn't sweet enough. I added about one teaspoon of vanilla. I also used about two handfuls of milk chocolate chips. I don't like the semi-sweet. I had no complaints and the chips really gave a good twist to regular banana bread. With the additions, it was plenty sweet and very, very moist. I had to bake it the full 35 minutes, almost 40 minutes, due to the additions. baking SODA instead of baking powder

I used 5 Tbsp. canola oil instead of margarine and it worked well. These were the most amazing cupcakes ever! They disappeared within the first day. So moist and rich andwas able to do it all with only a fork for blending. I made a sort of penutbutter fudge frosting by mixing 1/3 cup natural creamy pb, 1.5cups of powdered sugar, 1.5 tsp of vanilla. THESE WERE DELICIOUS. The flavor was amazing, and they were super moist and had the perfect texture. The only thing I did differently was adding shredded coconut and a little more vanilla than the recipe called for. Sooo soooo good!

POPSBill Belichik's weasely interpretation of videotaping rules I'd wondered how he came to the conclusion that his videotaping was legal, and now I finally know. Of course, the fact that he continued the videotaping after getting the memo with the official interpretation shows a complete lack of respect for the rules (and possibly for rules in general unless they work in his favor). Good thing the Pats lost the Super Bowl.
