POPSJon Stewart's Comedy Rips CNN Sorry I couldn't clip the video but this is a skit well worth watching: Jon Stewart on TV's Daily Show mocks CNN and other news agencies for not just a lack of fact but for not even seeming to care about any facts ("leave it there."). It's so true. These news agencies quote critics, have people on who say this and that and they have No Idea if what is being said is "news," or true at all: It's just gossip, smear, slander, confrontation, sensationalism.

But when you look at my record it's very clear what I've done so far and that is nothing. Nada. Almost one year and nothing to show for it. The poll is called unscientific, but yet the Time article link reveals results for every state. Couric should find another career. Worse yet, if the press starts to look at who knew what/when…people might see that yeah, Democrats KNEW about pre-war intel on Iraq, and it wasn’t a case of Bushliedpeopledied (the timeline is 100% clear on this as are the bi-partisan investigations and reports). People might actually realize that Sen Rockefeller misled about a lack of WMD threat because he KNEW what was found. Sen Levin misled about regime ties to Al Queda because he’d been briefed too. All these briefings took place around the same time the torture briefings did.
