POPSChristian Games on Young Forest Games - Truth, Compassion, Tolerance Christian games can now be bought at www.YoungForestGames.com/ and I couldn't be happier! This site uses a unique ranking system based on the principles of Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance, to determine whether a game should be promoted or sold. This means that video games with too much dishonesty, hatred or violence, and intolerance, will be given low rankings, while games that are assimilated to the higher standard will be given featured positions. This is a really neat way of showing games that have upright values to people and allows the independent developers who create these games to finally have a place where their work can be respected and even given 1st place recognition.

POPSAdopting Desert Nomad's Science Christians who cling to the outdated belief that being gay is a sin are following the pre-scientific notions and social customs that were relevant 2000 years ago but are outdated and wrong today. Partly they adhere to these archaic beliefs because it gives them biblical authority to feel superior (if they are straight) and backs up their notion of persecution when others speak out against their homophobia.

POPSBreakthrough Pain How do you convince a dr that the pain meds are not working anymore. I do triple the dosage and the pain persists. I'm out of meds now for three weeks and the dr won't refill early. I no longer sleep more than 1hr and I am missing work too much.

POPSObama’s Speech: Consider These Goalposts Moved! For the men and women of Reverend Wright’s generation, the memories of humiliation and doubt and fear have not gone away; nor has the anger and the bitterness of those years. But the anger is real; it is powerful; and to simply wish it away, to condemn it without understanding its roots, only serves to widen the chasm of misunderstanding that exists between the races. Really? How about understanding its roots but not condemning it? That’s what Obama did for 20 years, implicitly lending himself to the cause of racial division — he finally admits early in the speech that he heard “remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church,” although these appear to be of a lesser grade somehow than the stuff that’s been airing on Fox — and only now with the presidency at stake has he awakened to the perniciousness of silence. POPSCaffeine use in athletes reignites debate. I love coffee, but drink it strong with a tolerance. I've drunk too much before, and anyone who drinks a lot of coffee knowstoo much won't always improve performance. Caffeine is metabolized fairly quickly, so a race day with a minimum or no caffeine means the blood stream is fairly clear. On any days but race days it is as social as conversation.

POPSThai school offers transsexual toilet Thailand is well known for its tolerance of transgender men, and they are very visible in everyday life. Sex-change surgery has become a speciality of the Thai health industry, and it is relatively inexpensive; patients come here from all over the world for the operation. Despite their high profile in Thailand, transsexuals complain that they are still stereotyped - they can find work easily enough as entertainers, in the beauty industry, the media, or as prostitutes, but it is much harder to become a transgender lawyer or investment banker. And their biggest complaint is that they cannot change their legal status. Despite a proposal during the drafting of a new constitution last year, to allow them to change the gender on their identity cards, this has not yet been approved. What the third toilet looks like .

POPSCrime over the water
Whilst British politicians pontificate over what not to do about British (and largely immigrant) gangs carrying weapons, our Canadian cousins are wrestling with exactly the same problem. Why not take a leaf from New York. Increase and smarten up the local police force, then go for a zero tolerance regime on all criminals? When I was a kid, in the most notorious neighbourhood in my home town, there was a police station at the top of our street. The local 'Bobby' was nicknamed Tiny. When we, the kids got out of hand, he would walk us home, gripping a lug-hole tightly. If the parents were not there Tiny knew where to find them. I saw him walk into the local boozer dragging an urchin by the lobe, point at a man at the bar and then to the door. The man tried to ignore Tiny, but the pint was taken from his hand and Tiny frogmarched the odd couple outside and all the way to the boy's home. We craned to listen as Tiny admonished both boy and parent. "You put a mark on the lad and I

POPSQueen Rania on YouTube A followup on my earlier clip on her - I'm fascinated. An honest attempt from Royalty to spare time to clear the air about Islam - worth a look. "Queen Rania wants you to join in this conversation to bring down stereotypes and build bridges between our virtual East-West communities."

POPSThe Dietrich Bonhoeffer of Our Day The spiritual sickness that Paul confronted in the Corinthian church is running rampant in America today. "You have such admirable tolerance for impostors who rob your freedom, rip you off, steal you blind, put you down — even slap your face!” Listen, and listen good. DON'T BE LED AROUND BY "SERVANTS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS" DISGUISED AS “ANGELS OF LIGHT” WHO INTENTIONALLY DECEIVE YOU FOR THEIR OWN GAIN. ~ The Apostle Paul to the so called Christians at Corinth - 2 Cor 11:15-21 Proverbs 1 condemns the simple minded man who cannot investigate a matter to find the truth. Proverbs 2 praises the man who works hard at finding the truth to a matter. If you are one of the 8 out of 10 Americans who call themselves Christian, act like one or stop making the claim for yourself. Remember your Lord who stood before Pilate. He was asked, "Who are you?" Do you remember what He said? See John 18:37 1 John 2:6

POPSFalun Gong Targeted Ahead Of Beijing Olympics authorities have instead been using the Olympics as a pretext to escalate persecutions of religious and political dissidents. Chinese authorities fear that Falun Gong, along with Tibetans, Uighurs, and other dissidents, may use the international media presence during the games to draw attention to their causes. "It is now imperative that the international community leverage real pressure and stop these deplorable actions, lest the legacy of the 2008 Olympics be hundreds of Beijing residents languishing in labor camps," Zhang said. The apparent animosity towards Falun Gong on the part of the Beijing Olympics organizer is hardly new. In 2004, the head of the Beijing Olympics Organizing Committee, Liu Qi, was found liable in a U.S. federal court for his role in the torture of Falun Gong practitioners while he was serving as mayor of Beijing.

POPSThe Long March "much of the wacky, upside-down, right-is-wrong, black-is-white stuff we see in the news these days is directly or indirectly inspired by Gramsci: the attacks on Christianity, the family, individual freedom, morality and moral judgements; multiculturalism; the cult of victimhood, "tolerance," political correctness, the replacement of the roles of family, religion, individual responsibility and choice with government rules, laws, and regs; the expansion of the State and the Welfare State and the Nanny State; anti-tradition, anti-capitalism, anti-success, anti-nationalism, anti-Americanism and anti-Westernism, etc - all the stuff that makes me echo Bob Grant with "It's sick out there, and getting sicker." I am sure Antonio never anticipated that a Green movement would emerge to become an ally of the slow, incrementalist and thus less-alarming Gramscian revolution."

POPSTempleton's legacy His foundation will continue with funds bequeathed, I suppose. This mob caused some raised eyebrows, on this head, until I dug a little. Never seen truth so twisted or ignored.
