POPSInformation Overload I've been like a hamster on a treadmill for quite awhile now. I'm sure you are as well. With all the email we receive -- people pitching us products... sharing the secrets of the universe... how to get rich by the time we go to bed -- and the product launches -- getting the same email from 30 or 40 people day after day. It has to end. So I ended it. I put to high a price on my time to read email after email -- that have no true value to me, just so these folks can pitch me their latest and greatest whiz banger.

The idea is that yoga can heighten the senses and affect your chocolate-eating experience. Part of me thinks, if it gets more people to try yoga, why not? The other part, however, thinks, come on. POPS7 Ways to Hurt Yourself at the Gym ;-) Some soreness is normal but if you can't function, you went too far. I'm the one who can't even move the next day...there are various reasons as to why I can't one is peer pressure ;-) so I now have my own treadmill and bike in my house and work at my own speed which is much more pleasant for my physical being.
