POPSScientists seek to create 'three-parent' babies "We respect the fact that there are people who have moral objections to any type of research involving human embryos. However, it could be argued that there is a moral obligation to reduce suffering in children at risk of inheriting mitochondrial disease," says Herbert.

POPSwierd science This is completely fucking wrong . Women have worked so hard for year to be concidered "equal" to men , and the only thing they have never been able to take away from us is our ability to carry a child . Untill now atleast.... I don't completely disagree with using the procedure for like transgendered people , but I do think a 100 % real man should definitly not be able to carry a baby. In my opion , theres just no point to it really. I think that if we have the technology to do this , then why do we not have cures for things like cancer, aids, or diabetes even? Simple.... we do , its called population control .

POPSSunscreen: Health Effects Little (and disputed) evidence of negative effects of absorbed sunscreens. Might lead to feminization of bodily hormone mixture but this is not verified in other study. Don't worry about sunscreens preventing vitamin D production.

POPSCouple Pleads Deportation Order ""The only possible means for them to qualify for this relief (from deportation) was through a means expressly prohibited by the Catholic Church," Robles said." I'm no theologian (nor even religious), but what about Christians obeying the laws of the land?

POPSGet Your Coathangers Ready Anyone who believes that this has nothing to do with banning abortion is a fool. The other troubling point is that it, as mentioned in the article, could also affect birth control. Welcome to 1950 folks. Once again religious ideology takes precedent over rational thought. Once again, emotional pleading trumps reasoned, rational discourse.
