POPSOut pours a waterfall of GOP buzzwords ... "The American people are asking of the candidates a serious question: how will you put our country back on track? Rather than provide a direct answer, the McCain campaign has exhibited a wholesale embrace of the tactic that Palin has made legend: it is attempting the change the subject to distract from the fact that it has no acceptable answer"

POPSOutdoor pools more 'breathtaking':study
They were studying the way exposure to chlorine vapor can cause Asthma. It was believed that out door pools allowed Chlorine to evaporate more quickly. This was more an assumption than a fact. Chlorine Gas and HCl or Hydrogen Chloride, which becomes Hydrochloric Acid, when it dissolves in water as a matter of course, is best in the stomach for digestion, or with or with the Alkali NaOH (Sodium hydroxide) which becomes the neutral Salt It Does Not Belong in the Lungs. Why do we use chemical Pan Microbicides, when there is the potential to give water its own version of an immune system? Creeks, rivers and Oceans Don't need Chlorine to remain clean. Why should we think we have a better defense using Chlorine. killing all microbes can turn water Sterile and Stagnant. We need Oxygenated Water,(Waterfall) and microbes can be part of a self contained Eco=system Pools don't need Chlorine, they need things like Fish . this will also help recycle biological 'waste' we produce naturally

POPSHummingbird Photos and Some Surprising Facts This incredible flying ability makes hummingbirds one of the most fascinating birds to watch. You'll catch sight of a wild hummingbird in the Americas -- anywhere from Alaska to Brazil. Some Mexican hummingbirds will migrate north for spring, flying up to 500 miles in 20 hours without a break . Hummingbirds almost never stop moving, and they spend nearly all of their time in the air. Their legs are so small and weak, they typically can't walk at all. But in the air, they're masters. Hummingbirds beat their wings up to 80 times a second, which creates the soft humming sound that earns them their name . Their heart can beat up to 1,300 times per minute while in flight . All of this lightning-fast beating takes its toll: Hummingbirds have to eat every couple of minutes. They consume enormous amounts of pollen, using a string-thin, long tongue to draw pollen out of deep flowers.

POPSWaterfalls In the list there are included waterfalls with the height above 300 meters. This list is compiled of several sources but author has not gained confidence that this list is complete. Could it be true, that Europe has such a big share of world's highest waterfalls? In South America is located the highest waterfall of the world - but there are just few other waterfalls above 300 m?
